写経

薬師寺で般若心経「写経」を経験しました

漢字も読めず、意味も解りませんでしたが、１文字ずつ丁寧に書き進めました

そうすると、集中し、自然に心が落ち着きました

カーデザイナーになるために勉強し始めたころ、何時間も何か月もホイールを描くために円を描き続けた日々を思い出しました

とても良い時間でした

I had the experience of copying the Heart Sutra”Shakyou” at Yakushiji Temple.

I couldn't read the kanji and didn't understand the meaning, but I carefully wrote each character one by one.

As I did so, I became focused, and my mind naturally calmed down.

It reminded me of the days when I first started studying to become a car designer, when I spent hours and months drawing circles to design wheels.

It was a very good experience.

Ho avuto l'esperienza di copiare il Sutra del Cuore "Shakyo" al tempio Yakushiji.

Non sapevo leggere i kanji e non ne capivo il significato, ma ho scritto attentamente ogni carattere uno per uno.

Mentre lo facevo, mi sono concentrato e la mia mente si è naturalmente calmata.

Mi ha ricordato i giorni in cui ho iniziato a studiare per diventare un designer di automobili, quando passavo ore e mesi a disegnare cerchi per progettare le ruote.

È stata un'esperienza molto positiva.
